Please complete the following items BEFORE the Player-Parent meeting on 11/8.

1. Connect AAU Membership with Salt Lake Volleyball Club: Please use the link below to go to the AAU membership website. Fill in your player's information to bring up their AAU information. Then, under the Club Code box, enter in SLVC's code: W3BY84. You should then see Salt Lake Volleyball Club pop up next to this box. Done!

2. Download the SportsEngine App: SLVC will use SportsEngine as our main form of communication. Please take the time to download the app (available on Android & iSO). You will be able to add your athlete's team as a "Favorite" and use it to communicate with SLVC (text, emails, picture, RSVP to practices, etc.). This feature (to add a "Favorite") will not be available until Tuesday, November 7th, but downloading the app in advance will help speed this process up. 

*Please do not use the SE request to be added to the account; as SLVC Admin do not have this capability.

3. Add Additional Emails to your SportsEngine Account: For privacy and protection, Salt Lake Administration cannot add additional emails to your athlete's account - ONLY THE PRIME EMAIL OWNER CAN DO THIS. By following the instructions below, you can add your athlete and a 2nd parent/guardian.

We ask that you do not add grandparents, friends or other family members to this access, unless they absolutely need this kind of access. 

Add Additional SportsEngine Email to Main Account: 

1. Login using your SportsEngine username and password. 
2. Click the drop-down list next to your username and select Profile. 
3. On the bottom left, in the Linked Accounts section, click Add.
4. Enter the email address that you would like to connect and click Send Invitation. Until the other the New User accepts the invitation, it will display Pending Acceptance by their name in the Linked Accounts section.
5. The New User must follow the instructions from the Invitation email in order to gain access.
6. THIS CANNOT BE DONE BY SLVC ADMIN - ONLY BY THE PRIME SE ACCOUNT HOLDER
