Tournament Hours

• Friday tournament play will start at 6pm. Players, coaches, fans, and anyone associated with the tournament is not permitted to enter the building or gather around the doors of the school until 5:45pm. Please wait in your cars until 5:45pm. This will be strictly enforced. 
• Saturday tournament play will start, usually, at 8am, and doors will open at 7:30am. 

Facility Rules and Other Info:

• Our facility has a balcony area for spectators and teams. Only refs, coaches, and players are allowed on the main gym level. This includes the entry ways into the gym, as these areas must remain clear. (i.e. Please do not have your teams layout their bag, parents setup camping chair, etc. in these areas.)
• We have plenty of seating, but fans are welcome to bring camping chairs for the balcony areas.
• Teams that are not actively participating (playing and/or reffing) should remain outside of the main gym area and clear of the gym entry ways. Again, there is room for teams to "set up camp" upstairs or in designated hallway areas.
• Parents are required to supervise children at all times. Running in the halls, entry into restricted areas, etc. is not allowed.
• All visitors are expected to pick up trash, throw away garbage, and generally clean their areas before leaving. 

Spectator Rules:

• Fans, coaches, players, and all visitors are required to provide a safe environment for those attending the tournament.  Aggressive and disruptive behavior, or anything of that nature, will not be tolerated. The Site Director will ask anyone in violation of this to leave the gym and not be allowed back. Incidents will also be reported to the associated Club and the Utah Club Volleyball group. 

Tournament Entry:

Friday tournament play will have no entry fee, due to the shortened timeframe.

Saturday tournament play will have an entry fee of $5/person, cash only, for spectators 12+ years. As always, coaches and players entry for free.

Snack Bar:

We will have a snack bar open from 5:45-8pm on Fridays and 8:30am-2pm on Saturdays. The snack bar only accepts cash.
